Sommers Schwartz is a collection of the brightest and best legal minds in the business, each of whom specializes in a particular area of the law. Because of our size, we have legal specialists in a broad range of practice areas, including medical malpractice, product liability, auto negligence, construction accidents, complex commercial litigation, business transactional law, intellectual property rights, employment law, divorce and domestic relations, probate, appeals and more. Plus, we are adding new attorneys each year who have achieved academic excellence in their respective law schools.

12 attorneys at the firm have been recognized as Super Lawyers; 9 of the firm's attorneys were named as Best Lawyers We have two past Presidents of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (now the Michigan Association for Justice), Norm Tucker and Dave Getto and a past President of the Wolverine Bar Association, Ken Watkins. 6 of our attorneys are members of the executive board of Michigan Association for Justice, 30 of our attorneys have over 20 years of experience each in their respective fields. Collectively, our attorneys have won hundreds of millions in verdicts and settlements since we were founded.
