Mr. Kovinsky specializes in representation of cities, townships and school boards, including Madison Heights, Taylor, Melvindale, Sylvan Lake, Keego Harbor, Redford Township, Van Buren Township, Belleville and Flat Rock Schools, 23rd, 34th and 43rd District Courts.

He has also represented unions, including United Steelworkers of America, A.F.L.-C.I.O., Teamsters Local 214, Dearborn School Employees Independent Union, Brighton Bus Drivers, Michigan Independent Oil Workers Union, Carpenters Local 982, Oil chemical and Atomic Workers, U.A.W.
