Mr. Toth has successfully argued major cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. His appellate advocacy has resulted in the upholding of a two million dollar verdict in a premises liability case and a seven million dollar verdict against the State of Michigan. Richard’s representation of clients in motion practice before the Circuit Courts has helped to obtain favorable outcomes in numerous medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and other personal injury cases. He has assisted in developing legal theories that led to the settlement of one of Michigan's first significant pre-conception tort cases. In addition, Richard obtained a favorable decision in a case voted by Michigan Lawyers Weekly to be one of the top 10 decisions of 1998.
