David C. Anderson is a partner at Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff P.C. where he focuses his practice on the defense of complex professional liability claims. For more than a decade, he has successfully defended lawyers, accountants, and a variety of insurance and real estate professionals. David also maintains an active general liability defense practice, including claims arising out of product liability and premises liability matters. Ms. Klaus received her juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1987. From 1992 - 2004, Ms. Klaus practiced commercial and bankruptcy litigation in Chicago, Illinois. In August 2004, she joined Maddin Hauser Wartell Roth & Heller, P.C. where she focuses her practice on non-medical professional liability litigation.

For more than 25 years, Mr. Sickels has been tremendously successful in handling complex personal injury matters, primarily in the areas of medical negligence and products liability.
