$5.4 Million Verdict for Leg Amputation Case

Verdict was obtained on behalf of a 59 year old Chrysler employee who lost his leg following femoral bypass surgery. The surgery was not performed appropriately and following surgery, the patient developed signs of a deep seeded infection which was not diagnosed or treated by the Defendant. The delay in diagnosing the infection led to the need to amputate the patient's leg and replace a heart valve.
