During the past thirty-eight years, he has represented a number of local and out-of-state banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions with respect to their real estate lending and line of credit, term and other commercial lending transactions. Such lending has included conventional financing, bond transactions, and governmental-assisted or insured projects. He has also represented numerous persons and entities in the purchase, sale, construction and development of single-family and multi-family dwelling units, condominiums, office building projects, retail, research and industrial projects. In addition, he has represented both financial institutions and borrowers in numerous loan restructures and workout transactions. Also, he represents a number of manufacturing, retail and restaurant companies as their general legal counsel. He is currently acting in an Of Counsel role with Sommers Schwartz, P.C. - Michigan, 1961
