I have successfully argued major cases before Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. My appellate advocacy has resulted in the upholding of a $2,000,000.00 verdict in a premises liability case and a $7,000,000.00 verdict against the State of Michigan. Representation of clients in motion practice before the Circuit Courts has helped to obtain favorable outcomes in numerous medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and other personal injury cases. Assisted in developing legal theories leading to settlement of one of Michigan's first significant pre-conception tort cases. Obtained a favorable decision in a case voted by ""Michigan Lawyers Weekly"" to be one of the top 10 decisions of 1998.
