Richard Toth has successfully argued major cases before the Michigan Supreme Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals and he, and his appellate advocacy has earned him numerous successful outcomes on behalf of his clients, including the upholding of a $2 million dollar verdict in a premises liability case and a $7 million dollar verdict against the State of Michigan.
At the trial court level, Richard talent at motion practice has helped to obtain favorable results in numerous medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, and other personal injury cases. He assistance in developing new legal theories led to the settlement of one of Michigan's first significant pre-conception tort cases. In addition, he obtained a favorable result in a case that Michigan Lawyers Weekly selected as one of the Top 10 decisions of 1998.
