  • $2.8 million medical malpractice verdict in Oakland County Circuit Court: the estate of a deceased woman sought damages from Defendant St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital and others for her wrongful death, caused by a two and one-half day delay in treating her myocardial infarction-induced arrhythmia
