Mr. Black comes from a family of lawyers and is of counsel to Sommers Schwartz where he has engineered successful resolution of major legal and accounting malpractice actions throughout his career.  He also has litigated numerous business securities cases. His practice areas include alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, breach of contract, business torts, construction, corporate/partnership disputes, debtor/creditor, fraud, legal and accounting malpractice and securities.  Mr. Black finds balance in his career as a litigator and arbitrator with his life as a family man by being a member of the Zen Buddhist Temple in Ann Arbor.
