Mr. Bourgon is presently the Chief Operating Officer of Sommers Schwartz, P.C. and focuses his law practice on business finance, real estate and commercial transactions.

He represents various lenders in all types of commercial loan transactions, from structuring and documenting complex loan originations to handling loan workouts and remedial actions. Mr. Bourgon also represents real estate clients in purchase and sale transactions, leasing, construction and property development, and has extensive experience in advising borrowers regarding real estate loan transactions. He regularly counsels clients in connection with a variety of complex business transactions.

Mr. Bourgon began his career in commercial banking, but being the product of a family of lawyers has enjoyed practicing law at Sommers Schwartz for the past twenty-one years. He and his wife reside in Plymouth and have raised two children.
