Daniel D. Swanson

Of Counsel

Dan Swanson is an attorney with extensive experience in employment litigation.

Most people are shocked to learn that less than one percent of all civil cases filed in our courts go to trial.

Today, substantial settlements and results for clients are often achieved by way of alternative resolution that includes arbitration, mediation and negotiation. I am not only a skilled litigator, but I am very experienced and successful in obtaining substantial awards and settlements by way of negotiation, mediation and arbitration. While most such resolutions are confidential, in employment disputes I regularly obtain settlements and awards for individual clients that are equal to one to three years of his or her annual compensation.
