A national class action settlement was approved for purchasers of Bextra and Celebrex totaling $89 million. Sommers Schwartz attorney Jason Thompson was among the plaintiff lawyers who represented three payors from Michigan who were overcharged for the drugs.  Mr. Thompson commented on the case:
