Sommers Schwartz attorneys Jesse Young and Charles Ash, IV filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of current and former at-home reservation agents who worked for Hyatt in the last three years. The lawsuit contends that the plaintiffs were not paid for pre- and post-shift work as well as time spent during their shifts on the telephone with help desk team members to fix computer-related problems.
