John’s experience ranges from pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and expert witness selection to research and writing, motions, hearings, alternative dispute resolution, and trial and appellate counsel. He has already second-chaired four medical malpractice trials, served on the trial team for two other cases, and second-chaired a medical malpractice arbitration proceeding. John can be counted on as the go-to lawyer for complex legal research and analysis.
John brings a unique background to representing plaintiffs with personal and medical malpractice injuries. Notably, he interned at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, where he reviewed files and prepared case summaries detailing investigations, necessary evidence, essential witnesses, appropriate charges, and accepted waivers and placed offers on the record in preliminary exams. His tenure at the prosecutor’s office allowed him to cultivate his investigatory skills and ultimately started him on the path to helping those wronged or injured.
