On October 11, 2018, local attorneys, judges, and supporters visited Sommers Schwartz to hear remarks from Megan Cavanagh, candidate for Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, and her distinguished father, former Michigan Supreme Court Justice Michael Cavanagh. Also in attendance at the event – hosted by Robert Sickels, Judy Susskind, Norman Tucker, and Matthew Turner – was Rosemary Bayer, candidate for the Michigan Senate, District 12.
Candidate Megan Cavanagh discussed how her depth of experience as an appellate attorney, judicial philosophy, and amazing family of public servants have uniquely prepared her for a seat on Michigan’s highest court.
