Ethan C. Goemann Joins Sommers Schwartz to Fight for Employee Rights
Sommers Schwartz is delighted to announce that Ethan Goemann, a highly accomplished employment attorney, has joined the firm as its newest shareholder. Formerly counsel to some of the nation’s largest employers in wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation lawsuits, Ethan now uses his extensive insider knowledge to fight for employees facing workplace issues and employer defenses.
Before joining Sommers Schwartz, Ethan practiced at one of the nation’s leading management-side employment law firms, where he defended multinational corporations in complex employment disputes. Ethan has achieved numerous impressive outcomes for his clients, including hard-won jury trial verdicts. He now strives to level the playing field for employees, providing strategic and effective representation in wage theft, pay inequity, discrimination, and other workplace disputes.
Ethan is based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a chapter author for the American Bar Association’s Wage and Hour Laws: A State-By-State Survey treatise. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Graham C. Mullen in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
Sommers Schwartz is thrilled to welcome Ethan and the passion he brings to the firm’s employee rights practice.
