Prior to joining Sommers Schwartz, Ethan was a senior associate at one of the leading management-side employment law firms in the United States. After years of defending multinational companies from wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation lawsuits, Ethan has shifted to championing the rights of employees and using all his insight into employer practices to benefit his clients. His insider knowledge allows him to effectively anticipate and counter employer’s defenses, providing a powerful advantage to his clients.
Ethan specializes in wage and hour disputes and is passionate about ensuring fair treatment for employees and helping them navigate complex legal issues. He is the chapter author for the American Bar Association’s Wage and Hour, State-by-State treatise for Georgia and North Carolina.
