Sommers Schwartz attorney Kenneth Watkins filed an action on behalf of a woman who suffered serious and permanent injury in a chain reaction automobile accident. The plaintiff sustained a traumatic brain injury and extensive back-related injuries when the car she was driving was struck from behind by another car that had been struck by the vehicle behind it. As a result, the plaintiff’s car struck the car in front of hers. The suit seeks damages for the economic and non-economic losses the plaintiff incurred as a consequence of the crash. The personal injury lawsuit is now pending in Wayne County, Michigan Circuit Court.
