Ethan C. Goemann, Shareholder
Formerly counsel to some of the nation’s largest employers in wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation lawsuits, Ethan Goemann now uses his extensive knowledge and experience to fight for employees facing workplace issues and employer defenses..
Paulina Kennedy, Associate
Paulina Kenney represents firm clients whose employers have wronged them. She supports litigation involving employment law claims, ranging from wage and hour disputes to sexual harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing and retaliation, and FMLA violations.
John M. Malone III, Associate
