The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022. Are you eligible for compensation?

In the past month, attorneys Jason Thompson and Lance Young have filed four different class action lawsuits on behalf of employees seeking compensation for work they’ve performed for their employers. According to the four complaints, the plaintiffs are entitled to this compensation under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act, with additional possible protection from governing state law as well.
Sommers Schwartz’s prowess in this area extends beyond Michigan to other parts of the country. The four lawsuits are being litigated in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, and Missouri respectively, and two other suits previously filed in February 2013 and November 2012 are pending in California and Florida.
