Sommers Schwartz volunteers recently donated their time and energy to support Shades of Pink Foundation’s annual “Wild Time at the Detroit Zoo” on May 21, 2022.
Founded on the principle that no person should have to forgo life-saving medical treatment to pay for monthly bills, Shades of Pink works with individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the community to build a comprehensive program to assist patients in need. The foundation is dedicated to ensuring that breast cancer patients throughout Southeast Michigan have access to a financial safety net so they can focus household resources on treatment and recovery.

The “Wild Time” fundraiser welcomed walkers, survivors, and sponsors and featured speakers who shared stories of the Shades of Pink mission – a mission consistent with our Sommers Schwartz Serves initiative and one we proudly support.
