Sommers Schwartz Sponsors Cass Community Social Services Charity Golf Scramble

We launched Sommers Schwartz Serves to actively support Detroit-era non-profits and charities. Recently, we were proud to sponsor one of our favorite organizations and events, the Cass Community Social Services (CCSS) 19th annual Charity Golf Scramble.

CCSS offers vital assistance in various ways, from providing 13,000 meals a week to unique initiatives like Tiny Homes Detroit and Green Industries, all of which profoundly affect countless lives in our area. Through generous donations and other financial support, CCSS provides essential services like food, housing, health services, and job programs that help Detroit neighbors in need and give them the chance to thrive.

In addition to Sommers Schwartz’s sponsorship, longtime supporter and former CCSS Board Member Robert Sickels hosted a group of golfers who played in the scramble.
