Sommers Schwartz attorney Andy Dragovic secured a $275,000 settlement on behalf of a woman who suffered low back injuries in a car accident.

The plaintiff was involved in a collision when her car collided with a vehicle driven by Defendant. Defendant made a left turn at an intersection ahead of Plaintiff’s oncoming vehicle, which had the legal right of way. Defendant was at fault for the accident and was cited for failure to yield.

MRI taken several months after the crash diagnosed the disc herniations. The Plaintiff treated conservatively with physical therapy for several months, spine injections, and ultimately required microdiscectomy surgery.
