Sommers Schwartz attorney Andy Dragovic secured a $290,000 settlement on behalf of his client, who was injured in a motorcycle accident.  According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was riding his motorcycle when he was struck when the defendant driver defendant made an improper left turn when exiting a gas station and failed to yield the right of way. The plaintiff suffered multiple injuries including a concussion, broken ribs, and a broken knee that required surgery. Mr. Dragovic successfully negotiated the settlement before litigation was commenced.
