Litigation Counsel of American Inducts Matthew Turner
We proudly announce that senior shareholder Matthew Turner has been named a fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).
Induction into the elite 3,500-member LCA is by invitation only, and fellows represent the highest echelon of trial advocacy skills, successful outcomes in and out of the courtroom, and ethical standards. Candidates are evaluated based on research, nominations from current members, and acknowledgment by other organizations and associations. As stated on its website, LCA fellows comprise “one of the most well rounded practice groups among any legal professional society.”
Matt concentrates on medical malpractice, personal injury, unpaid wages and overtime, and class action matters. For more than 25 years, he has negotiated substantial settlements and obtained significant verdicts for his clients and their families. Because of these accomplishments, several organizations have honored Matt, including Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and DBusiness Top Lawyers.
The LCA is not the only exclusive group to which Matt belongs. In 2013, he was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates, a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to preserving and promoting the right to a civil jury trial in the United States.
