Kids On The Go Honors Sommers Schwartz’s Community Involvement
Sommers Schwartz is honored to receive the 2024 Community Sponsorship Award from Kids On The Go. This pediatric non-profit organization provides physical, occupational, recreational, and speech therapies to special needs children ages 3-17 through a full schedule of facilitated activities during the school year and summer months.
Kids On The Go recognized Sommers Schwartz for its impact last year, which included donating time and resources to the organization’s Spring Clean-Up event, participating in their annual “Fore the Kids” Golf Outing, and contributing to their year-end Gala. These contributions directly supported families of special needs children by providing Kids On The Go summer camp scholarships.

Sommers Schwarz shareholder Dina Zalewski serves on Kids On The Go’s board of directors and humbly shared thank-you notes from some of the children and families who benefited from their high-interest programs like dance, robotics, bucket drumming, handwriting skills, bike riding, and social skills groups.
A carefully handwritten note from a child said, “Thank you for helping me play baseball and bucket drums.”
A parent wrote, “I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for your generous support of the Kids On The Go speech program. Our son has made tremendous progress with the extra help provided. Your support has truly made a positive impact on his development, and we thank you so much!”
According to Dina, “These heartfelt notes reflect the real, positive difference we’ve made through our volunteer hours and sponsorships.”

We look forward to the next Kids On The Go fundraising event — its 10th Annual “Fore the Kids” golf outing on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Cherry Creek Golf Club. Sommers Schwartz Serves, the firm’s community outreach initiative led by a group of dedicated attorneys and professionals, proudly organizes hands-on volunteering and fundraising activities throughout the year so the firm can give back.
