Sommers Schwartz Expands FLSA and Complex Litigation Team With Jacob R. Rusch

Sommers Schwartz is delighted to announce that Jacob Rusch has joined the firm’s Complex Litigation and Unpaid Wages and Overtime practice teams as a shareholder.

Jacob brings extensive experience in complex litigation, including wage-and-hour employment disputes, collective actions, and mass tort litigation. Throughout his career, he has represented plaintiffs in high-stakes cases against some of the country’s largest employers and corporations.

In addition to his litigation experience, Jacob has a strong background in e-discovery and large-scale case management, providing valuable insight into complex matters involving extensive document review and electronic discovery.
