We are pleased to announce the addition of four talented attorneys to our ranks:
Associates Charles “Rob” Ash, IV and Rod Johnston are part of Sommers Schwartz Complex Litigation Group, representing plaintiffs who have been wrongfully denied wages and overtime pay and other Fair Labor Standard Act claims.
Parker Stinar joins the firm’s Personal Injury, Birth Injury, and Medical Malpractice teams, pursuing cases on behalf of individuals and families who suffer harm as the result of medical errors and other forms of negligence.
Together with Arvin Pearlman, associate Benjamin Wilensky forms Sommers Schwartz’s national FELA practice, representing railroad employees in Michigan and across the country who suffer on-the-job injuries.
The firm continues to demonstrate its position as a top contingency-based litigation practice, and having Rob, Rod, Parker, and Ben on board is a testament to our skills and strengths.
