We are pleased to announce that Tad T. Roumayah has been elevated to senior shareholder and Benjamin J. Wilensky has been named shareholder.

Tad Roumayah has devoted his legal career to representing employees subjected to discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and violations of state and federal statutes. Since joining the firm’s Employment Litigation Practice Group in 2011, he has served as president of the Chaldean American Bar Association and a council member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Labor and Employment Section, and he is a regular contributor to Institute of Continuing Legal Education programs and publications. Tad also earned recognition from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for his pro bono efforts and has appeared on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year beginning in 2013.

Benjamin Wilensky represents railroad workers who seek compensation under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act for on-the-job injuries, as well as those harmed by other forms of negligence and wrongdoing. He is one of only two lawyers in Michigan (the other is Sommers Schwartz’s Arvin Pearlman) who belong to the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, the preeminent association of lawyers fighting for injured railroad employees. Ben is also an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Michigan Association for Justice. He has appeared on the list of Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars every year since 2015.
